End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and the developer of All Video Downloader HD (“Developer”, “we”, or “us”). By installing or using this application (“App”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions

• Resell, sublicense, or rent the App or its services.

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including content, design, trademarks, and code, belong to the Developer. This Agreement does not grant you ownership of any intellectual-property rights.

4. Privacy

5. Prohibited Content and Copyright

The App does not support downloading content from YouTube or any service that restricts video downloading. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all copyright and intellectual-property laws. The Developer assumes no liability for any misuse of the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your device.

9. Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country or state of residence, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
